-Enjoy famous Paleokastritsa with its crystal clear waters and golden sandy beaches. Colovri is a very small island in the middle of the sea. According to the Greek mythology ' the island is the famous stoned ship of Oddyseus. On the other hand according to the theological point of view it is a ship of pirates which came to Paleokastritsa with bad Intentions and Virgin Mary convertibly to a rock. I

         -Explore the traditional village of Lakones with its narrow alleys and traditional old houses.

        -Visit the ancient village of Krini (immortalized by Homer) and climb to the top of the ancient fortress of Angelocastro which has been situated here since 565 A.D.!

        -From the village of Macrades there is an old footpath which leads to Aghios Georgios, a local tourist resort.

         -Stroll to the monastery of Agia Paraskevi, it was built on the 18th century which is inhabited by nuns and is only 5 minutes from the Golden Fox.

          -Savour the silence and the beauty of the famous monastery of the Blessed Virgin Mary it was built on the end of the 13th century but the building we can see today is a renovation of the 17th and 18th century. The monastery is devoted to "Zoodohos Pigi" Source of life. The icons in the church are dated in the post Byzantine period. Overlooking Paleokastritsa (there is also a museum in the monastery where you can see a sea monstersceleton and an old oil mill which is open to the public).

        -Clamber up Mount Iraklis (Hercules) through the old rough-stone footpaths of Lakones.
